Sometimes, a client may need help with a matter that does not neatly fit into a category. Some clients may get a traffic ticket and need help saving their license or insurance. A traffic ticket can lead to big headaches, so please consult with me or another attorney before paying it.

Some people are under investigation for crimes they are not aware of yet, and get seemingly innocent calls from a police detective. There are no innocent calls from police detectives. Due to heavy workloads all police detectives want to close cases as quickly as possible. They can not be trusted to have your best interests at heart. Never call an police detective back, under any circumstances, without first consulting an attorney.

Some of my clients have been harassed by stalkers or other bullies who want to extort money or some other valuable from them. In these circumstances, police are often not sympathetic, or don’t have the resources to protect you. A good attorney can develop a case against this person, and make sure the appropriate warrants and protective orders are obtained. You do not have to go through this experience alone.
